    1 rm 3 pos. snatch- 50kg- struggled with hi hang snatch

    5 rm btn push press- 55kg

    5×3 FS- 84kg- felt tough

    3 position snatch -52.5kg felt heavy today and I feel like death

    Behind neck snatch grip push press -50kg

    Front squat 5×3 @80kg felt heavy!
