    Push press- 50-55-60kg

    conditioning – 131 reps (11muscle ups)

    No pressing today 

    conditioning 134 – had a pretty good tricep and quad pump at the end !!

    Push press 45-50-55 managed but didnt feel great 

    cond completed all wall balls and t2b = 135 + 2 mu attempts then just did amrap wall balls for remaining time = 13
