    Conditioning – 24:21 muscle ups felt better than last week but still very shit but I have figured out why so it's all good! Wall climbs ouch but the rest all good

        Just from watching that little video my swing is very retard never ry noticed until I watched it back that was the only 3 I linked rest were 2    And 1

    Today I figured lack of sleep and illness makes a hard workout much harder almost died. 

    Did 5 mu banded progressions and 5 c2b pull Ipull ups for muscle ups
