note – heavier then last weeks, same weight for all sets


Conditioning

2 Tabatas each for total reps of:

Tabata 1- Ring dips 

rest 1minute

Tabata 2- Ab mat sit ups


Your score is the total reps in tabata 1 and tabata 2 plus the grand total
