10min EMOM of:

3 power snatch (T&G)

*Heavy but perfect. Should be as much heavier then “Isabel” as possible. Same weight for all sets



7 sets of:

30 UB double unders

10 cal Air bike ME

-rest 2:00

*Must really go all out on the bike.

    DL 5rm pushed up to 150 – felt pretty good

    10 Emon 3 Power Snatch @ 40 – 45 Kg really feel I need snatch technique lesson – bring back the Launy guy maso


    could DU today calf strain so did 7 round 15 cal air bike ME – hmmm nasty really did me in round five just hit a huge wall of hurt but welcomed that b@#*t

    Deadlift 5rm- 75kg

    10min Emom- 30kg-35kg

    Conditioning- got all 7 rounds done with all 30 double unders unbroken. Didnt do too bad on the bike either, thats never happened before! Lol in a sick and twisted way I rather enjoyed this.

    5 rm deadlift -110kg

    3 power snatch t&g started at 50 did x4 at this then dropped back to 45 did x6 at this

    Conditioning – done felt shit but good enjoyed this all du un broken no muck ups kept rpm on bike at 75-80

    5rm deadlift only went to 95kg working on better position felt so much better but harder 

    10 min EMOM 3x t&g power snatch only went to 40kg both shoulder feeling very tight 

    conditioning double unders felt good I liked this on was taxing but good
