GPP

Weightlifting

Build up to a max of the following complex:

2 clean deadlifts

2 hang cleans

1 jerk

*Try get in at least 5 work sets.


COMP

Weightlifting

Clean + front squat + jerk

5x 1+2+1 – rest 1:00

*Same as the snatch on Monday. Move more total weight but doesn’t have to be heavier if you can’t go heavier.

 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:

400m run

15 KBS 24/16kg

15 burpees

    Cleans – 60-62.5-65.70.72.5kg not as heavy as last week but did move more weight!

    Conditioning – 21.24 rxd this hurt haha but was great fun!!!

    Clean + front squat + jerk 65,70,75,75,77.5 felt pretty good with shoulder just Gota move feet better dragging front foot rather than picking it up 

    conditioning 19.39 rx wow this was horrible thought I was going to melt from the heat

    35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 50kg

    Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time of: 400m run + 15 KBS + 15 burpees.
