As a group we will spend time on the snatch.

Before that, hit the following:

3 sets of:

10 pass throughs

10 air squats

5 down facing dog to up facing dog

6 lizard position :3-5 alternating

Weightlifting

Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

drop and reset. Small build each set.
