With a counter/motivator hit the following:
3min AMRAP of:
10 burpees
15 box jumps 24/20″

-rest 3min

3min AMRAP of:
10 burpees
15 KBS 24/16kg

-rest 3min

3min AMRAP of:
10 burpees
15 jumping lunges

-rest 3min

Then straight into midline work

You go while your partner counts then you rest/count while they work.
Stagger the starts so you finish on the row
