WOD: Wednesday

Warm-up
 10 pass throughs
15 band pull a parts
10 wall squats

Then as a group we will start going over the snatch together.

Weightlifting
power snatch + hang power snatch (1 set every minute for 20min)
Every minute hit a set.
Build in small jumps every 5th minute if you are feeling it. Start heavy-ish..
Finisher
Row 30 cals for time
