WOD: Tuesday the 29th April 2014


Today we do this workout in the memory of Josh Simpson. I only met him a few times but he was a really nice guy and I look forward to pushing my body as hard as possible for him. 

This workout has been created to help raise funds for his wife, Amanda Simpson, and their unborn baby.
