Strength
Back squats 3×5

*Start at 70% of your new 1rm and add 2.5kg each week

 

Conditioning

2 rounds for time of:

50 air squats

40 sit ups

30 burpees

 

COMP

Strength

A1) Push press 3×5 –rest :20

*Same weight across. Heavy as possible for the day

 

A2) 3×15-20 c2b pull ups – rest 2:00

*As many UB but just get the reps done AFAP if you need to break.

 

Conditioning

20min AMRAP of:

20 cal row

15 burpees

10 thrusters 50/35kg

    Push press at 65kg.. after trying out some strict pressing for warmups.. WARMUPS!!

    C2Bs where done at 15, did the first set up broken the other 2 were broken at various stages.

    AMRAP – 3 rounds + 20 RXD. 50kg for the thrusters was heavy.. specially after all the pushups the day before.

    A1- push press 3×5 @ 50kg / A2- 15 unbroken c2b pullups 

    Conditioning – 5 rounds used 25kg and did push press for the last 3 rounds because thrusters don't like my knee

    A2) c2b 3 sets of 15 broken up but best they've felt in awhile 

    cond: 5rnds + 12 cal rx

    A2) 3 x 15 c2b 2 sets unbroken 1 not cause my hand thingy moved lol

    Conditioning: 4+20+15+3 rxd ( all my favourite movements ๐Ÿ™‚ lol)
