    Clean and jerk 5×2 @ 70kg these felt good today

    deadlift 70-80-90-100-105-110kg

    conditioning – done only got 10 burpees on 1 of the rounds and completed 15KBS each round

    deadlifts 75,85,95 & 85,95,100


    completed last round up to kbs and confused myself thinking i was finished then realizing I still had burpees so had 20 secs and completed 9 burpees was so annoyed 🙁
