A) 1.6km time trial

B) 1xME UB double unders

COMP

Weightlifting

Take 15min to build up to a max clean + hang clean + jerk

 

Strength

8min to build up to a 5rm weighted strict pull up

 

Skill

EMOM for 12min

Odd- 6-12 c2b pull ups

Even- 3-6 strict HSPU

*reps must be UB. Pick a number of reps that’s challenging but maintainable

Don't forget to take you fish juice. This stuff will help you recover and be healthier overall. Ty said to me that after taking it everyday for 2 and a half weeks, he has noticed a massive difference in his recovery. Legit product.

    strickt pull up – 3.5kg 

    emom – 7 c2b, 3 HSPU (1 ab mat) 

    overall pretty disappointing day…..

    Emom – 8 c2b
    – 3 HSPU with 5kg plate last few I didnt quiet touch

    1.6km run -6.47 pretty slow really and 36 DU hit the dam wall lol

    EMOM: 4-5 c2b PU and 3 lower down HSPU without the PU ha

    1.6km run: 8:18min very tired and slow

    18 DU- finally starting to find a good rhythm ????
