50 wall balls

40 box jumps

30 burpees

20 power cleans 70/50kg

Then AMRAP double unders

*Score will be total reps completed of the chipper amrap

    Clean complex – 70kg wasnt feeling it today

    Conditioning – 192reps did 12power cleans was disapointed I didnt make it to the muscle ups!

    Did 10 muscle ups for time – 4:07
