3x1km row @ 80-90% effort

-rest is walk the block

 

Skill

Practice handstand walking for 10min. Just take it easy and have fun. If you can't HS walk work on building confidence in a freestanding handstand. 

 

*Just pick a nice smooth pace. Think the pace you would use for a 5km time trial. The pace should still be work but not leave you feeling spent.

 
this guy is so badass. He won the Canada West regoin also. Going to the games again.

    Clean + jerk 5×1+2 @ 70kg (may as well have been lifting the titanic over my head it felt that heavy) 

    row 3×1000 – done….. 1.58 –  2.04 

    tried handstand walking – shoulder are fried, wasn't walking anywhere 🙁

    Power clean + jerk 5×1+2  60-70kg -felt pretty ordinary

    rows- only got 2 in before I had to leave

    handstand waks didn't walk much but handstands feel better than they used too 

    outlaw connectivity done so much upside downess today :/
