    Did Tuesdays comp programming 

    max clean + hang clean 80kg attempted 85 got clean but fail hang clean 

    practicing some pull ups manages 3 strict with black band felt good 

    EMOM of 

    even 6 c2b with red and black band 

    odd 6 strict hspu with 2 ab matts did few rounds testing with one ab Matt but hurt a little 

    Didnt do 1.6km and Du's due to feet being very tight and sore did 1km row and 1km bike
