    Couldn't make it today but still did the runs/burpees on the beach with my dog this morning ๐Ÿ™‚  I've looked up the push jerks on youtube…looking forward to giving them a go!  See you in the morning

    Some good lifting today guys well done… Next time we will take the weight from the rack. I only had you guys clean the weight to your shoulders so we could master that movement.. Epic day guys

    Yeah Josh, lots of people love the heavy days. It's where we get that chance to take a step back from the 3,2,1 GO type of stuff and really work on our all out strength and power. When we get you onto a rack you'll put up some large numbers man…
