Warm up/conditioning

21-15-9 of:

Pass throughs at bottom of squat

Cal row

Walking lunges

Push ups

2x double unders

*Go at this hard as if it was a regular wod.



Build to a max of the following complex:

Power clean + hang power clean + push jerk

*Get after it and have fun

Comp group

Recovery. Come in and row/air bike. Something like an EMOM. 10-15 cal odd/even of row/air bike at a moderate pace.
