WOD: Thursday the 26th June 2014


Today’s work can be completed in any order you wish. You can do a farmer carry then do some power snatch+OHS. As long as you lift heavy, have fun and get it done…

 

Strength

Build up to a heavy 20m shuttle farmer carry

*10m down, quick reset, turn and return 10m. Go as heavy as possible. Try to get 10 total trips in while building up.

 

Weightlifting

Build to a tough hang power snatch + 3 OHS

 

*For logistics set bars up on one side of the room. Share with someone else to create space for the farmer carries

    did Tuesdays Comp work as I was sleeping Tuesday ๐Ÿ™‚

    8 min EMOM 2 clean and jerks 40-70kg

    Strict press 5×5 – 36kg

    Conditioning -22:25 went from 40kg to 60kg and it hurt but did enjoy this workout ๐Ÿ™‚

    Did Tuesdays wod 

    8min EMOM of just cleans  worked up to 75kg

    strict press 5×5  20,25,27.5,30, 35

    did light due to shoulder but felt ok 

    conditioning 21.37 went from 45-62.5kg started to get really heavy could feel my left shoulder struggling last set did 3 and dropped then did 1& 1
