Rest day. If you are feeling great, do yesterdays gymnastic skill work
A) 7×1 weighted strict muscle up
B) accumulate 1min L sit on parallettes
C) 35 strict c2b pull ups
D) 30m HS walk for quality

A) couldn't hold false grip
B) done on the ground
C) strict pull ups 35
D) did pretty handstand walks, kept my legs strait up no bending was walking 4-5m before braking, wee bit hard on my wrist
5×2 deficit hspu on 20kg plates
B) 60sec l sit on parallels with box under my feet, made sure my feet didn't hit the box
C) 35 c2b at home obviously broken up
D) shit at HS walking but practiced a few laps
5×5 strict deficit HSPU only 5kg plates but getting heaps better
