Hang snatch

Conditioning

20min AMRAP of:

100m farmer carry 2×24/16kg

20m burpee broad jumps

10m HS walk

500m row

*If you can’t HS, don’t even try walking. You should be able to kick up into a handstand with ease. If you can’t HS spend 30secs upside down as a scaling option. 


COMP

Same as above but no snatching… Also hit the conditioning at a lower intensity. Treat it as active recovery/skill work. 


 

Very interesting. Are athletes really getting better, faster, stronger???
