Warm up/skill

10min AMRAP easy pace of:

10 band good mornings

Row 150m

50 single skips

10 sit ups

 

Then build to a heavy 5 (not a 5rm) OHS in 5 total lifts as a group.

 

Conditioning

20min AMRAP of:

21 KBS 24/16kg

15 wall balls 9/7kg

9 t2b

200m run


 

Comp group

Rest/Recovery day. Come in and hit some easy air bike/rowing work. Do mobility and do your body some good.
