B) 3 rounds for time of:

15 t2b

200m run

 

Hit each wod with 100% effort.

    Did Tuesdays comp program 

    Clean complex 80kg attempted 82.5kg but couldn't stand it back up on hang power clean 

    conditioning 189 reps was wrecked by this stage
