Wall balls

Cal row

Sit ups

*All at a moderate pace

 

Strength

A1) Front squats 4×5 (build in weight) –rest :15

 

A2) 4x ME UB strict c2b pull ups –rest 2:00

*If you can’t do at least 5 reps scale with a band.


Comp group

Rest day/recovery day…… Only if you have actually trained everyday this week and will be training Saturday. Otherwise, you must train today.
