-rest 4-5min (time your starts to not conflict with another athlete needing a rower)

Rest day or catch up day or if you don't plan to train on Saturday you should do something today


 

There is a heap of lost property. Pick it up by Wednesday the 17th before 7:30am or it's going to a better place

    -rest 4-5min (time your starts to not conflict with another athlete needing a rower) scaled last two sets with 15 ab mat sit ups arms still feeling sore should have taken a rest day :-/ fastest 5:08 slowest 5:31
