16.3 tomorrow. For those who are hitting the open workout tomorrow, take it a bit easier today. For those hitting it Saturday morning, get after it today.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

2 rounds of:

10-15 sit ups

10-15 squats

10-15 push ups

10-15 pull ups

*All done at an easy pace. Good chance to get a bit of extra sneaky work in.

Then do 3 rounds of:

10 double unders

5 deadlifts

5 wall balls

5 cal row

*At a tough pace to get ready for the WOD

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata the following 4 movements:

1- Double unders

2- Deadlifts 70/50kg

3- Wall balls

4- Cal row

-Rest 1min between each movement.

Score is the lowest amount of reps you complete on each interval. So work hard to maintain your pace.
