    How does this go? 21-15-9 of thrusters then 21-15-9 pullups?
    Or the alternative 21-21 15-15 9-9?

    the first round you do 21 thrusters then pull ups, the second round you do 15 thrusters then15 pull ups then third round 9 thrusters, 9 pull ups 🙂
