WOD: Monday the 24th February 2014

The open starts this week.
We will officially run the workouts on Saturday morning and encourage all athlete to attend if possible. The crew fro. Dev are heading over for it so let’s make it an awesome morning. For those who can’t make Saturday don’t stress, you can work out with a coach to get the WOD done from Friday arvo till Monday arvo.

Back squats 3-2-1
*Go for something if feeling it.

*after each set the rope must come to a complete stop. All reps need to be UB to move on.
