10 deep lunge + external rotation

10 sit ups

10 pass throughs



Back squats


*Start at last weeks weight and build if possible. Go for it.



10min AMRAP of:

7 t2b

9 push ups

12 air squats


Go to recovery

2min each side hip extension

2min each side banded pec stretch


Comp group


3X3 at 80%

2×2 at 85%

1×1 at 90%

2×2 at 85%

3×3 at 80%


Snatch Accessory Work

3×4 Snatch Pulls at 90% of 1RM Snatch

3×3 Snatch Pulls at 95% of 1RM Snatch

3×3 Snatch Pulls at 100% of 1RM Snatch

3×1 Snatch Pulls at 105% of 1RM Snatch



3×5 jumping back squats @ 50%

    Having a bit of a deload week

    15min EMOM – 1 snatch at 55kg

    5×2 snatch pulls at 60kg

    3×5 back squats at 60kg

    Conditioning – 12:13 at 25kg UB

    Pretty ugly snatching but got it done

    Snatch accessory work started doing what website had programmed then relised Maso changed it up but just got it done

    Jumping backsquats 3×5
    Was meant to be all at 65kg but worked up in weight 45,55,65

    20:02 rx dropped bar 3 times tough one to keep holding on
