Tabata hollow hold on hands and feet for quality




A) Press 3×5

*Heavier then last time by 1kg


B1) Push press 5-5-5


B2) Weighted pull up 5-5-5

*Build on both push press and weighted pull ups. Remember what you have done in the last few months and build from there

    3×5 Press 54.5kg

    5-5-5 push press – 75, 77.5, 80kg

    5-5-5 weighted pull-ups 17, 18, 19kg

    pushpress felt fairly light till the last set when shoulder fatigue kicked in, assisted by weighted pull-ups, tho pull-ups could've been heavier, starting at 17kg may have been too light

    Conditioning – 13:41 – Performed this on a wet floor so felt like I was handicapped, I was a bit slow on the c2b pull-ups, shoulders were blown, burpees were average in the wet conditions and found my 2nd 500m to be very sluggish, the concept 2 doesn't handle the wet ground very well, so I needed to b mindful and probably backed my row off about 7-8secs per 500m. Let's hope for better weather inside tomorrow…

    Press- 48.5kg

    push press- 50-55-60kg

    weighted pull ups- 12-13-14kg

    conditioning- 21-15-9 c2b and 500m row (no burpee due to sickness)

                          -16:20 (took it easy, c2b  were better than last week)

    Press 3×5 @35kg struggled with this will most likely do this weight again next week
    Push press 40-45-50kg took it fairly easy im still suffering from ring dips haha
    Conditioning 21-15-9 -16:12rxd

    Outlaw connectivity done also

    push press – 45kg 50kg 55kg 

    conditioning – 17 mins  had nothing, terrible sleep wanted to be back in bed
