WOD: Friday the 24th October 2014

*Start at your last 5rm and build each set.

 

Conditioning

2 rounds of:

21 deadlifts 50/35kg

15 hang power cleans

9 shoulder 2 overhead

625m run

*Must use same weight for all 3 movements.  

COMP

Front squats

*Start a little heavier then your last set of 10 last week. Goal is to be heavier then the last time you did 8s on the  http://crossfitmsd.com.au/wod-friday-the-12th-september-2014/

    Front Squats – 82.5kg , these were tough.

    Conditioning – Horrendous! 37:10.

    Front squats 75-77.5-80kg
    Conditioning – 33:43rxd strung a few butterflys together was happy with this was a tough wod

    Front squat 75,77.5,80 my legs didnt want to do this felt so heavy 

    conditioning: 33.33rx got quite a few set of 5 out on the pull ups and only tore hand on last set of ten. Did think I was Guna vomit on last run :-/

    Look at my name allll the way up the top at 5:30AM!!!!

    Front Squats: 45kg. I cannot remember my last set of 10-10-10 times so just winged it, felt pretty stuffed though!

    Conditioning…. well this was a toughie!! Time was 43:44, keeping in mind I had to stop to tape up my bleeding hand!!! Haha nah but this was one of them sucky wods but I’m glad I got through it, if that makes sense?

    Conditioning = got it done ipad went flat so esstermated time was somewhere between 34 and 36 mins maybe
