WOD: Friday the 15th August 2014


If you are competing tomorrow be sure to have today as a rest day. Come in and work on some skills, do some mobility but just take it easy.

 

Strength

Deadlift 5rm

*2.5-5kg heavier then last week. Go by feel. Get good warm up reps in.

 

Conditioning

800m run

30 deadlifts @ 50% of 5rm for the day

800m run


COMP

Due to those who are competing, there will be no comp programming for today. Since I’m only programming this for a few people I thought it would be silly if some were missing out anyway.

So today, if you aren’t competing and you normally do comp work, you will hit the regular class WOD. After the WOD, you’ll spend time practicing muscle ups or c2b pull ups and HSPUs. 


Love this one…….. If you haven't started listening/watching barbell shrugged podcasts, you really should be. Yes they talk some smack, but there is always great info as well.
