    yeah man it was,…. How has your training been going? How long till your home?

    My training is going alright Maso. Still making improvements in some areas. I haven't been able to do any overhead lifting and not much weighted squats so I'm looking forward to getting back to the box and attacking those movements.
    As for due date home, hopefully the 10th September. I'd like to say its definite that Ill be leaving Singapore on the 9th but its always subject to change
