Same again as the last 2 weeks. No set programmed workout for the morning classes but if you plan to train, come along. Otherwise, 16.3 from 3:30pm class onwards.

10 power snatches

3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.

Women use 55 lb.

5 jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men use 45 lb.

Women use 35 lb.
