(A) 1rm power clean and push jerk

 

(B) 2x1km rows – rest 3:00

*Goal is to keep a consistent pace over both efforts. These aren’t PR efforts but should be hit around 85-90%.

*During rest break keep moving. Walk 200m in this time.
