Conditioning

EMOM for 12minutes

8 hand release push ups

20 double unders

 

Additional Work

Spend 10-15minutes working on your clean and jerk. Build up to 90% MAX and try to get in 3 good made lifts at this weight

 
This guy is one bad ass mother trucker…. It's not how we train but this guy is awesome. What's your excuse why you don't train?
