B: Metcon (Time)

5 rounds:

100m farmer carry 30/20kg DB per hand

10 burpees with DB by sides*
*for the burpee with DB by sides you hold onto the DBs, do a burpee as normal then pop up to standing without letting go of the DBs. No jump at the top is required.
