Hang snatch 1rm

You'll have 3 attempts which need to be done every 2min. 0:00-2:00 lift one, 2:00-4:00 life two then 4:00-6:00 lift 3

*Warm up well then rest 5min before starting on your attempts. You only get 1 lift each 2min block and can't drop back in weight.

    Regionals event 1: hang snatch- 55-57.5-missed 60.

    fridays: 10 min EMOM- 1 seated legless rope climb 6 alt. pistols- done rxd – pistols didn't go too well, probably had 6 or so no reps.

    fridays: 10 min to run 1.6km and ME DU.- 25 – I took the run a bit too casually

    Crossfit MSD Regionals diary – Day 2

    Event 1 was sets of 21, 15, 9, 6, 3 of Strict Hspu, 90kg Front squats, and Burpees. Quiet honestly this was one of the toughest things I've done, lots of strict Hspu got extremely tough, and for me personally, 90kg front squats in large sets are fairly extreme. Regardless I braved the -2 temperatures and got it done, unfortunately not completing b4 the cutoff, and missing out by 20 reps, however was later informed when the weight Is converted correctly, the front squats should've been 88kg, so I consider that I upscaled, to add, I also beat 1 regionals athlete, somehow..

    Event 2 was 10 rounds of 1 legless rope climb, and a 200ft sprint. Due to being 3ft short of rope we added a bit further on the run, according to mason "we actually done more work" (his words, not mine) I completed this is 6:28, and yet again beat 1 time at regionals. 

    After 2 days of fierce competition with mason, I'm getting my ass handed to me, but hoping to knock him off his perch in the set of 50 ring dips tomorrow, if my arms are still working. I would like to win something, Peace out
