Come in and do a catch up WOD. Work on something you have been wanting to hit or practice skills etc. 

Just get in and do something. We will guide you in the right direction if you feel lost.

    Fridays:

    pause FS- 70-80-85- felt good, probably could have pushed a bit further

    push press- 50-60-65- started to feel it in my bad shoulder

    cond: 6:43, 6:50, quit due to lower back pain from all 3 movements. Feels like forever since I swung a KB, did better than I thought I would with a 32kg

    3×10 lateral shoulder raise 2.5kg each hand

    3x ME wide grip pull ups 10,8,4
