Come in and do a catch up WOD, work on skills etc



A) Snatch EMOM until max starting at 50% and adding 2.5-5kg aiming to get at least 10 lifts in


B) Clean and jerk same format as above but add 5-10kg. Again, trying to get at least 10 reps in


C) Snatch balance 




3 rounds for time of:

Row 500m

100 double unders

30 pull ups 

15 pistols
