A) 3min of:

10 hang power cleans 70/50kg

In remaining time AMRAP burpees

Rest 2min

 

B) 3min of:

10 hang power cleans 70/50kg

In remaining time AMRAP KBS 24/16kg

Rest 2min

 

C) 3min of:

10 hang power cleans 70/50kg

In remaining time AMRAP double unders

Score is total burpee, KBs, DUs and total
 

Additional work (start early if possible)

A) Build to a max 2 position snatch (floor, hang) in 10 mins

 

B) 8×1 snatch every 45 secs @ max from above
