You will be given 3 attempts at each lift. The first attempt should be something you know you can nail, the second something that you should nail but will be a challenge and the third effort is a hail Mary, go for gold effort.

 

Conditioning

Double Tabata round for max reps of:

Burpees

 

You will do 16 20:10 intervals in total
