15 minutes to find a 1rm Snatch



3 rounds for time of:

20 burpees

10 hang power snatch 40/30kg

Coaches notes – trying to beat last weeks snatch but if that's not possible try to get some good reps in with perfect technique as this will ultimately make you stronger.. 

For the conditioning trying to go UB on the snatches and just keep moving on those burpees.
