Strength

Back squat 10rm

*Heavier then last week. You will have one more crack at this next week

 

Conditioning

20min AMRAP of:

10 power cleans 80/55kg

10 c2b pull ups

10 push ups (hand release)

200m run

 

Additional work

Push press 3×5 

*Start at 70-75% of your max from last week and re-build back up. Goal is to build back up to a weight greater then your last 3×5
