Then AMRAP wall climbs

 

In 5minutes complete the following

Run 625m

Then AMRAP pull ups

 

In 5 minutes complete the following

Run 625m

Then AMRAP hang power cleans 60/40kg

 

You will be given 30 seconds rest between each station
