Back Squat 3×5

 

Conditioning

Complete the following 3 AMRAPS each for total reps:

 

1) In 4minutes run 400m then AMRAP of burpees

Rest 30 seconds

 

2) In 4minutes run 400m then AMRAP of KB swings 24/16kg

Rest 30 seconds

 

3) In 4minutes run 400m then AMRAP double unders
