Back squat 5rm

*adding weight from last week, heavier then 3×5

 

Conditioning

4 rounds for time of:

10 HSPU

15 Front squats 60/40kg

10 strict pull ups

 

Additional Work

5rm clean style deadlift

*Heavier then last week if possible. Perfect form, butt doesn’t rise early. NO STRAPS
