The very last open WOD will be released 11am today (thursday). Be sure to tune into the games website to watch the head to head with Khalipa and Fronning. The WOD is going to be something crazy and out there.

It's been such an awesome 5 weeks. Have seen so many people do things they would have never thought they could do other wise. It's given so many people so much more confidence then they have ever had. Congrats to all athletes who competed during the Open. 

On another note it will be great to get into regular programming and make gains ready for next year..
